- Organizing company Restaurante Casa Eduardo, S.L, with Tax ID (CIF) B07456072, and registered address at C/ Contramuelle-mollet 3a travesía s/n, – 07012 Palma (Balearic Islands), organizes the promotion “Ca n’Eduardo Gift Voucher Draw” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”).
- Purpose and scope The Promotion aims to encourage subscription to the Ca n’Eduardo newsletter through a draw for a gift voucher redeemable at the restaurant. It runs from August 1 to December 31, 2026, across five independent monthly draws corresponding to August, September, October, November, and December 2026.
- Participation requirements Any individual over 18 years of age, resident in Mallorca, Spain, may participate provided that they: a) Subscribe to the Ca n’Eduardo newsletter during the Promotion’s validity period, and b) Complete the entry form received by email after subscribing. Employees of Ca n’Eduardo and of Coent as the organizing agency, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded.
- Participation mechanics
- The user subscribes to the newsletter via the website, pop-up, or enabled form.
- They receive a specific draw entry form by email.
- They complete said form within the corresponding calendar month to enter that month’s draw. To participate again in another month’s draw, they must fill out the form again.
- Prize Each month, one (1) gift voucher redeemable at Ca n’Eduardo worth €75 will be drawn. The voucher is valid for one year from the date it is received. It is non-cumulative, non-redeemable for cash, and non-transferable to third parties.
- Winner selection and notification The winner of each monthly draw (along with two alternates) will be selected using a random digital tool between the 5th and 10th of the following month. The result will be announced through Ca n’Eduardo’s social media channels, and the winner will be individually notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, Ca n’Eduardo reserves the right to select an alternate winner. If this alternate does not respond either, that month’s draw will be declared void.
- Acceptance of terms Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. Failure to meet the requirements will result in the participant’s exclusion and, where applicable, forfeiture of the right to the prize.
- Personal data protection The personal data provided will be processed by [company name] as data controller, for the purpose of managing participation and communicating the draw result, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018). Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by contacting reservas@caneduardo.com. - Prize taxation Under current tax regulations, prizes in kind worth €300 or less are exempt from personal income tax (IRPF) withholding.
- Modification and cancellation Ca n’Eduardo reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons, without unfairly harming participants, communicating any changes through its official channels.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Palma, unless a different jurisdiction is established by consumer protection regulations.
